"Great location close to a couple of provincial parks and many hiking destinations. The on-site access to a fire pit or watercraft make this stay a great experience. The interior of the suite was fully equipped with comfortable beds and provided access to preparing your own food. Have already booked other stay with a group of friends."

"Wifi was crap. Was a rainy weekend and the Wifi continually cut out. We paid for the BBQ and could not get the BBQ tanks to turn on. We ended up using another units BBQ. 3 units ended up sharing 1 BBQ."

"Beds where comfortable. There was only one kitchen type chair. Only 1 suitcase holder, no shampoo etc in bathroom, sink not in bathroom with broken plug and room needed washed / wiped down. Owner nice but will not stay again."

"Not sure how old the hotel is. However, the room was clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable - Very lumpy and noisy. However, again, it was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I would stay there again. Was very central to where I needed to be."

"Location was good, can walk to downtown. Room was sufficient and overall clean except bedding was not to our satisfaction. Requested and received different sheets. Caretaker was efficient. Price was reasonable therefore did not expect too much more. AC , fridge, TV in good working order. Needed short term accommodation to attend dance competition at Algonquin theatre.
