The room is very clean and functional. Space is little bit tight but good enough for a short time stay. The staffs are polite and helpful. The hotel also is conveniently located near the shopping center and the 御苑，which is another great place to visit.

Great hotel located in a great neighborhood that is far from the super busy streets but a couple train stops away from fun neighborhoods like Akihabara. A few train stations connected to different lines just a couple minutes walk away too.
Rooms are bigger than the usual ones you get in Tokyo albeit the non-premium ones are slightly outdated. Will repeat if back in Tokyo.

3rd time staying here. Connected to Jr utsunomiya station. Corner twin room spacious , and bed pretty good. However breadfast does not really change and staying 4 nites can be tiring.
