"This is beautiful place with huge spaces in common areas. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any matter. The breakfast has a good selection, fresh and tasty for a fair price: 13 euros per person. The location is not in the center area but there is a good local bus service that takes around 15 minutes to reach the most tourist places. We have a positive impression for this hotel."

The lady on reception when we arrived was fine, but when we checked out, the guy on reception didn’t ask us if we’d had a nice stay, or even say goodbye! "We were most impressed by the hotel, staff and facilities. Sunday night local restaurants were closed including the hotel restaurant so the bar was swamped. The staff did a good job but they were overwhelmed. Suggest you open the restaurant or extend the eating area in the bar on Sunday and put on more staff. To save on plastic and card packaging suggest you do not put plastic combs and razors in the room but put a sign saying toiletry items are available on request."

"This hotel in the middle of the city is a bit modern and chic. It is walkable to a number of great attractions including the old town. Check out the small eating spots in the narrow street just behind the hotel. Staff were helpful and attentive. The room was smaller than expected as was the bathroom."
