"The hot tub didn't look like it was cleaned very well so I had to clean that to my standards and then the knob was broken but it was a super nice room and the breakfast and staff are amazing. I will always choose this hotel when I come to Madison. "

"For a BIG graduation weekend-where you were charging us 3x more then the average price - the breakfast variety was terrible, only oranges for fruit as an option. No yogurt, no healthy options. The coffee was always out. There wasn’t even a coffee pot in our room for an option. How they clean is they “spray” EVERY area with a scent- no real cleaning was done. The temperature was all over the place- some areas where cold and other areas in the hotel were HOT! Would not stay again!!"
