"Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina."

"Staff was great. Location is right downtown and a 5 minute drive from the hot springs. The town is so beautiful and the food and wine there was incredible. 10/10. Saturnia was amazing even in the hot weather. It's still refreshing and just fantastic. If you're thinking about going, go."

"This place is an absolute gem and Pitigliano is so worth visiting. We stayed there for only one night on our trip through Tuscany but wished we planned for a longer time. Everything was clean, the owners were so friendly, and breakfast was outstanding. We will come back for sure and can highly recommend this place to everybody - but for sure with small children in the room (the bunk-bed received a 10/10 from my girls)."

"Siamo stati bene un po’ lontano da Manciano e a 5 km dalle terme un po’ fuori mano. L’unica pecca è che non funzionava bene lo scarico del bagno."

"Our stay at Saturnia Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views were breathtaking, the food was exceptional, and the entire atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Very close to the natural hot springs and vineyards! Their spa room was fantastic and very reasonable spa packages!
