This by far has been the best place I have stayed! The bath onsen we had was amazing! The beds were super comfortable and the food was amazing!

Comfortable stay but unsatisfactory onsen.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were very delicate and delicious. The only downside is that the onsen was of poor quality, as there was only one small public pool for men. The space is very tiny and the amenities are not up to standard.

Love the private onsen in the room. Friendly staff who picked us and dropped us off at the train station. And breakfast and dinner were quite good

The Sakura room has a musky smell when we first entered. The furnishings are a little tired, but the beds are comfortable enough. The one thing we really liked was the dinner. A creative fusion of japanese-western.

若いスタッフの素晴らしい対応の宿でした

若いスタッフさんの元気なお声がけ素晴らしい対応の方が多かったです。 お湯はとろとろで肌が綺麗になった気分でした。 レストランも別途あると言うことで期待しすぎていました。 GWと言うことで忙しかったとは思いますが、 どんどんお料理が出てきた印象です。 夜はお品書きがなくお酒を頼むタイミングが難しいとおもっていましたが、 なぜか朝食にはお品書き。夜は忘れられていたのか？ 少し残念でした。

一言で言うと最高のお宿でした。 スタッフの方の対応、お部屋、料理、とても良かったです。 ウェルカムドリンクやスイーツ、夜は美味しい日本酒も自由に飲み比べできて最高です。 お部屋には露天風呂と内風呂があり、両方温泉でとろみのあるお湯を堪能できました。 朝は少し早く起きて大浴場に行きましたが、こちらも清潔感があり広々としたお風呂で贅沢なお湯をいただきました。 食事もとても美味しく、恥ずかしながら好き嫌いの多い家族ですが全員完食です！子供にいたっては、夕飯を食べた直後に明日の朝ごはんが楽しみでたまらないと話していました笑 たくさん頂いて満腹になりましたが、上品な味付けで素材も良いせいか、胃もたれなどはなく、その後のお部屋でも楽しく過ごす事ができました。 チェックアウト後にもスタッフの方に家族写真を撮りましょうかと声をかけていただき、家族全員笑顔の記念写真を思い出にのこせました。 また機会があればぜひ泊まりたい。必ず伺いたいと思えるお宿です。 帰ってからも余韻に浸っています。
