"Lovely helpful and friendly staff with a great room."

"Always a great stay."

"The units are progressively being updated, so not flash but I felt good value for money. Clean and comfortable, I will stay there again"

"No wall oven or extractor fan in kitchen which limited cooking options/made it a bit difficult to cook - advertised as full kitchen so was expecting this but also should have looked at photo. Some road noise at night as right next to road. Very warm and cosy."

"Beautifully laid out room very spacious , I wish could have stayed longer , tea and coffee are absolutely are not to be missed."

"Had Ants crawling in the cereal"

"After a freezing week in hamilton, this place was a godsend. Warm with all the amenities you need when your on the road. All good."

"Quiet and very clean. We arrived well before check-in but we were able to leave our luggage in the unit. The only negative was that all the pillows were very high. We bought some very cheap low profile ones at the Mall. Smart TV so we were able to watch our usual programs without casting. Very reasonably priced."

"The worst motel I’ve stayed in for ages. Untidy property; unhelpful manager; staff behaving badly (called police when my autistic son was unwell instead of just checking in on us); mould on shower curtain; radiator heating not working. And the ONLY place to take a $100 bond from me on my entire 8 night trip. Super slow process to get my cash back Highly NOT recommended Stay away! It’s cheap for a reason. Yuk."

"Great place to stay"

"Have been back here the second time and it just keeps getting better! I booked 2 different rooms for our group. They gave us an upgrade so we can be closer to one another. The staff are just too nice. Parking space is HUGE. The motel always smells so good. We love the homey feel of this motel. I commented last time that the place had no hairdryer so they made sure we got one - how attentive are they? We visit Wellington often so we will be booking this place every time from now on :)"

"The staff were very helpful. Had a room with a sofa bed and the staff made up the bed. Clean room and alot of space."

"Will stay again"

"The room was good bed was comfortable"

"Centrally situated close to Event Centre and met all expectations and value for money"

"clean comfy and warm"

"Staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious except the bathroom, which was like being on the Cook Strait ferry. Small and combined with toilet. When showering the whole room got wet including the toilet. View of Harbour was nice in the morning with this in the trees outside. Good wifi for online meetings. Towels weren't very absorbent, but there were enough. Felt like a retirement village because that is what it has been in past."
