"Great location, friendly staff and great food at reasonable prices."

"The comrade between staff, staff and clients makes this a MUST RETURN TO venue."

"Wonderful stay for our anniversary. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and it is hands down the cleanest hotel I think I’ve stayed in. The attention to detail here is incredible. We enjoyed our visit to the spa too. Breakfast is amazing. 100% recommend."

"The hotel was beautiful and our room was large. We got here early and our room was ready but they asked for a £20 fee to go in early … we couldn’t understand that . Apart from that all was good . Nice continental breakfast."

"Solo stay 2 nights, great location on seafront, 20 mts walk from station. Clean room, good size, comfortable bed, shower fine, minor annoyance with finding sockets. Breakfast excellent, great choice of hot items."

"Perfectly fine stay for just one night. If staying in Brighton longer we’d probably stay elsewhere. Our room was good and spacious - had everything we needed for a night. Lobby and breakfast room very dated and shabby. Staff at breakfast were quite moody unfortunately (although cleaning staff were really friendly!). Quality of the cooked breakfast wasn’t too great but decent selection of things for the continental breakfast. If you need somewhere for a short stay and can get a good rate, I’d...

"Easy, clean and staff were so friendly. Breakfast was good. I’d stay again!"

"All good"

"Great location and perfect for one night but thought the hotel was looking a bit tired and our cosy double was very cosy with no drawers for clothes, just one wardrobe to hang stuff. Found the room a bit underwhelming but it was only for a night so it’s ok but paying over &20@ for a room that small seems like a lot"

"I does exactly what it says. Clean and functional."

"Booked for 3 nights as we wanted something cheap and basic. Room was clean and functional and perfectly adequate. Unfortunately the double beds were very small - a tight squeeze for two, especially if you're larger build - and the mattresses felt cheap and uncomfortable. We arrived late so stayed the first night, but checked out the next morning and found somewhere else around the corner. Shame, as the room itself was clean, but the beds made it uncomfortable."

"Great location (2 minute walk from train, taxi area). Short walk to beach. Near many restaurants. Great staff. Nice lobby. Good breakfast. Clean room and OK size. Just one thing was a bit odd, which was the bathroom, which seemed added to the room later, not part of it. It was clean and decent, but seemed like an RV bathroom somehow. Anyway, not a huge deal, it just keep me from giving the place 5 stars orherwise."

"Our room didn't have a mini bar and breakfast was very poor, limited choice, cold bacon"

"We had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and were very welcoming. Our room was towards the back of the property and it was lovely and quiet as well as tastefully decorated. We enjoyed a nice relaxed breakfast too. Plenty of food and lovely coffee. Thanks again!"

"My stay was not pleasant. The room was not suitable for a couple… Claustrophobic - It felt like staying in a cleaning cupboard. Bed up against a wall, no bedside shelf/cabinet. Shower poured on to the toilet - I’ve been on plane with bigger bathrooms."
