"I have never felt so disrespected in my life. The manager here does not take the time to talk to his employees to find out what has been going on before he gets there. This man treated me like a thief. This man treated me like a liar, then proceeded to threaten me by calling the police because he said I was trying not to leave when that was not the case. . A few hours prior to his arrival I had asked the front desk for a late checkout so I could put myself together and then go downstairs to pay for us to stay another night.. my family and I are in the middle of turmoil. We have a loved one that we just put on hospice so this night we were not expecting to stay anywhere, but we found a room here and I regret every moment of it the lack of consideration and empathy. from their manager will not go on punished.. I have been in customer service in hospitality for 20 years and I never ever would treat someone this way. I do expect some sort of compensation for this and I am demanding for refund for my stay here"

"Staff was absolutely amazing. Janet and Pedro at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Janet is like a new sister to us. Maria in the breakfast area was such a hard worker. She made sure everything was stocked, cleaned, made great food, and made sure you were happy. Anna also did great. Diego in housekeeping was always busy all over the hotel keeping the place looking great. This was a long stay for us and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and every staff member we interacted with was Fabulous. The pool was nice and the garden area was beautiful. "

"They could do a lot better on environmentalism. Plastic cutlery could be bamboo, drink ware in room could be reusable instead of single use plastic, waste backs could be lined with paper bags not plastic, single use lotion could be replaced with a refillable pump dispenser, coffee pods could be replaced with something that does have a single use plastic tray that is thrown out after each cup. Decaf at the breakfast station would be nice for those of us Ruth medical issues that prevent caffeine intake. "

The property was clean and well maintained, the only thing that was concerning to me was the fact that the lady at the front desk assured me that there was Security on the property in the evening watching the parking lot, our vehicles, etc. Yet as I return from work at 3 o’clock in the morning, not one evening, did I see Security on the premises?? Although I did see more than one random homeless person loitering in the parking lot in the middle of the night. So that was a concerning factor for Mi Mi other than that the hotel and the staff were great. "
