"For the first time I felt like we were in a Hotel in Korea. Provided A/C remote control and towels. Location is not a great place for tourists. Hotel is pretty close to the train station - around 15 minutes by taxi. Overall, we felt safe and felt comfortable. Bed is OK, could do some improvement. "
"집 공사로 인해 하루 숙박할 곳이 필요하여 묵었습니다. 다른 지역에 있는 신라스테이에 숙박했을 때도 매우 만족스러웠는데, 천안 신라스테이도 역시 좋네요.
조식도 맛있었고, 중식은 50% 할인 혜택이 있어 이용해봤는데, 기대 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 전체적으로 복잡하거나 시끄럽지 않아 조용하게 쉴 수 있었던 점도 인상 깊었어요.
객실 상태도 매우 청결했고, 3시 체크아웃이 가능해서 여유롭게 일을 하면서 쉬다가 체크아웃할 수 있어 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 지인이 천안에 머물거나 또 숙박할 곳이 필요하다면 적극 추천하겠습니다."
