"Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. "

"This was my second time staying at the hotel. It was lovely. The staff were great, very friendly. The pool was beautiful but the hot tub was just a small pool this time, the heat and jets weren't working. The bar wasn't open, so we had to go to the lobby for drinks. Otherwise it was still a good stay, had lots of fun, and we were both very relaxed by the end of our stay. Big ups to the staff for dealing with me and my husband 🙏❤️"

"There was no wifi in the room I booked the superior king size room. The staff at front desk was not avaialable for assistance. At all times. Ask to transfered to another room or down sized to smaller room for wifi access. Response . Was nothing she do wait for manager to come . After paying the 256 canadadian dollars was not happy with the reception."

"For a quick bed and breakfast overnight stay, this place does the job. The rooms aren't bad, and the bed comfortable. The drive is about 10 minutes from the hotel. While they do offer hotel shuttle it was hard to identify the driver. Additionally, the person at the front desk isn't always there when needed. The breakfast was good. Overall its a place you can go to for your overnight stay. "

"The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. "

I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle...

"I was disappointed with my experience at St. Ann’s Guest House. While my overall stay was average, I encountered an issue involving transportation arranged through the front desk. Upon check-in, I requested assistance with arranging a TT rideshare for my airport transfer. I confirmed this request twice with the staff. On the morning of checkout, no one was at the front desk, and a man entered, identified himself as my driver, and I was directed by the staff. I don't remember the front desk...

"The location is amazing for enjoying nature and the unspoilt environment, with great views if hummingbirds in the garden. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive, with knowledgable guides always on hand. A lovely exprience."
