"Stayed here on a Saturday evening, all staff were amazing that we dealt with. I don’t know the persons name but there was a chap that served me some drinks at the bar to take up to the room and helped me choose what one to get for my boyfriend and was wonderful. He recommended when we came
Back down later asking if the choice was a good one ect. Room was amazing so comfy and specious plus lovely and clean and well designed. The little touches of just having cold

"A spacious room with comfortable bed, convenient kitchen and shower room. We upgraded on arrival to a superior room on arrival for a small fee which I think was worth it.
We would definitely stay here again if visiting Leicester.
We didn't use the the bar or restaurant so can't comment but they looked good."
"Overnight stay. Arrived early hours of the morning - check- in very efficient and friendly despite the antisocial hour. Late check out offered as we were getting there so late so we could get some rest and not rush to leave. Staff couldnt have been more helpful. Room spacious, spotlessly clean with super comfortable bed"

Didn't realise the parking is free for hotel guests, ended up paying £12.50 for overnight stay as the Ringo banner appears just outside the hotel thought it would be a good idea to pay first and then enter the hotel.
Very decent english breakfast. "
"A beautiful, peaceful stay! So much space and goregous natural light streaming through sash windiws in the morning.
The rooms are in an historic, listed building, so there are quirks and without the radiators it can be chilly, so if staying in the winter months consider bringing a cosy dressing gown to wrap up in, especially after a relaxing soak in the huge bathtub.
The coffee machine and chocolates were a wonderful treat. As was waking up right in the city centre. "

Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly."
"Room was lovely and clean. Small issue with shower, but quick resolved. Mattress a little firm but personal preference. Reception lady was very pleasant and helpful. No issues with parking. "
"Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. "
"Hotel was Ok , but a bit dated, door ito te room handle was falling off, bit scare couldn't get out if a fire and the attitude of the lady on reception last night was downright rude, i let myself i with my fob asked if you could get adrik in the restaurant would have been ok if she had just said no , but added do stay in this hotel as i haven't seen you before, atange as i had just come in a locked front door with a fob given to residents "
