"Booked a junior suite for my son and his girlfriend as a treat on Christmas Day as they were visiting from another city. They loved the room and the breakfast too! "As a family of 4 (with children) we were given a room on the first floor facing the main street which was prone to constant noise throughout the night. Furthermore we had late and drunk guests trying to access our room via the main and adjoining door. Finally, the sofa bed was uncomfortable with an inadequate mattress making it difficult to sleep on. Staff were not friendly and were simply there to type things on the computer and hand out and collect keys."

En -Suite triple room, was very clean and cosy, with the radiator on an added bonus.
Local shops and pub nearby and only 15-20 minute walk to the City centre.
We would stay here again, as great value, with free parking and early check- in an added bonus"

"Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. "

"Absolutely awful. No housekeeping despite our requests during our entire stay. We could not even get a hold of staff as no one was at the reception or restaurant. We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain.
Extremely poor cleanliness, there were stains all over the bedsheets, chairs and a strong odour of urine in the room, carpets and bathroom. Filthy toilet, grubby bedroom and all surfaces were full of stains and spillages. The towels...
