"Thank you to let me stay again in this cold April night. On arrival I requested additional heating, I have a medical condition. Member of staff reassured me “your room is especially hot one, heating switches on @ 2100” therefore my request denied, Yes the heating was on for about an hour only a lukewarm radiator in a reasonable big room. Night and morning gone cold. Kind regards Customer"

"The room was immaculate and everything was working as it should. Staff were really helpful when we had a problem paying for the car park. Staff were really friendly, greeting us and showing an interest in why we were there."

"Lovely big room with everything we needed. We did have a step into the bathroom which customers need to be aware of. Bathroom was super clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to check in early and our bags were kept safely although our room was ready for us soon after our arrival. Breakfast was great value for money. Tea and coffee was served at the table with continental or full English options available. Had a drink outside on the street side terrace in the sunshine before walking to the Curve theatre/city centre which is approximately a ten minute walk away. The bar was open on our return later in the evening and served our party a good variety of drinks including cocktails and tea and coffee. Overall a lovely welcoming experience and would recommend if you’re looking for a city break."
