"The room, garden and pool were nice. However, the water was cut off in our villa for hours the first morning, with a slow reply to my message about the problem. So no flushing toilet, couldn't wash hands and no shower. It came on hours later. It was hard to communicate with the staff because the person who could speak English wasn't there. "There is a mosque near by with loudspeakers. The rooms are fairly soundproof between rooms, but the doors can be heard opening & closing at all hours as the 20-30 yr olds mingle. "An unforgettable week in Bali! Having travelled to over 50 countries, this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The rooftop infinity pool with stunning sea views, in-pool bar seating and comfortable sun loungers is perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious, with a king-size bed, exceptionally clean, and complimentary bottled water was supplied daily. You also have access to YouTube and online entertainment. The staff, from housekeeping to the bar and restaurant teams, were amazing!...

"I was only in Bali for a short pit stop, but thanks to this hotel it was a relaxing experience. You can have your own privacy in the shared rooms. The staff is really friendly and helpful also :)<3"

"A great stay, the staff was so nice and helpful with any questions or requests you have! "

"Was great hostel in great location. Only thing that let it down was the plumbing and electrics "
