"Wasn't pleased that when I booked room it wasn't suppose to have a sofa bed and a king bed. No sofa bed. Went to front desk they sent up a cot for my 6ft son. Our room was right next to laundry room. 6am banging and chatting from laundry room."

"The location is downtown so there is no parking. valet parking is $45 per day but you can find cheaper parking for an extended time a short walk away down the block from the hotel. I did not use the valet cause I saw on other reviews that it would take a while. The room was clean. They did not service the room everyday just every other day, which I was okay with. The lady at the front desk was super nice Cherita, I believe her name was. During breakfast, there was no more coffee, she jumped in to help the kitchen staff while we were waiting since no one was coming to the front desk at the moment. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure everything was good during my stay. I would definitely come back to this location. My only complaint is they need beef or turkey during breakfast if possible. Not everyone can eat pork."

"Decent price for the stay. Centrally located. The water takes FOREVER to get hot, but does eventually get hot. Our room keys stopped working on day two of our stay?? So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled? But fixed nonetheless. Room was clean, ac was good. They offered free breakfast but we didnt stop in, but it smelled good! "

"Staff were excellent. Accommodating. Pleasant and genuine their professional approach to customer care. Room in need of a touch up. Rug needs to be replaced. Beds comfortable and clean. Good location for my visit."
