"The free breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was larger than expected and clean. My only complaint is the sliding (frosted) glass barn door for the bathroom. It would be nice to have a little more privacy. "

"Not much to review, property is not well maintained, poor air conditioning, breakfast options are worth skipping, only one elevator works, furniture and fixtures past their life span. The only thing that was worth mentioning is the staff was helpful. "

"Hotel is clean and fine but not in a very nice area. Lots of unhoused individuals hanging around outside the hotel and asking for money. Some were coming into the hotel lobby. Security did escort them out. Our room did not have AC that worked. It was 73 degrees in our room and very uncomfortable. We spoke with the front desk who said they would have someone come and work on it and/or move us to another room. We had to leave for our event and didn’t return until late and the AC was not fixed and no attempt to provide alternate room was made. The valet parking was hit or miss. The first day the attendant was not very efficient at all. We requested our car earl because we knew it was very busy. We went downstairs to wait and spoke to the attendant who said there was no wait and they’d get the car right away. The attendant then stood around for 10-15 minutes before they went to get the car. I would probably stay here again because the room, while hot, was clean and the hotel itself was clean. If you intend to walk around the hotel, just be aware of your surroundings. "

"In my view, this is the most underrated Four Seasons property. Beautiful spaces and facilities, and, best is amazing responsive staff. I've stayed here multiple times, and it somehow keeps getting better. If you're on the East Coast, this is a great weekend getaway. In the summer, the pool vibe is full on-resort, and in the non-summer months, the Spa has a similar feel, with a host of amenities (in their Water Experience). I had a (too) short, but remarkable stay. "
