"The staff was amazing and ready to assist. check-in/out was questionable front desk does not engage with customers. food was good, not a lot of options but has quality. rooms were renovated and spacious. based on what we paid i would say 8.2/10."

"Spa was closed. Room could have have been cleaned better. Beds are hard. TV doesnt work. Shower knob was broken. Water pressure was very low, almost just drops coming out. Wifi cost extra. Food was mediocre at best. Tiu could eat salad for every meal but no fruit for breakfast, only lunch and dinner. ..."
