"You should explain to customers clearly about car park because you have to pay for and how to pay! So unhelpful for the staff who is in the front. I understand that we have self check in but why did you have front staff there for. Security speak very bad to us about car park. Not good communication. "It was our first time staying here, 5 nights, wow, very impressive on many levels… great view of the city looking east across Thong Lo Rd on the 23rd floor, big room, comfortable bed, hot showers, secure elevators, clean refreshing pool, good gym facility, friendly helpful staff (currency swaps)… but most impressive is the breakfast buffet, they have it all, including unlimited barista drinks, we took advantage of that, and the free shuttle every 20 minutes to the Thing Lor BTS Sky Train is useful. There are many great restaurants (Hishou at hotel nikko) and a few trendy nightclubs in the area, plus hair salons. My wife and her sister loved their 210 minute spa treatment package at Let’s Relax on floor 5, definitely schedule something, it’s first class. Book with confidence!"
