"This was one of my favourite places to stay in Bali. Right away the staff were so kind and helpful. The room I was in had a sitting area and a loft, and the decor was absolutely stunning. It was very bohemian which is totally my vibe. The room was an amazing size and the patio had the most beautiful chairs that overlooked the pool area. Just around the corner (about a minute walk maybe) is their Bali Bohemia restaurant. WOW! Their food was amazing and once again, the staff were incredibly kind. The decor and music was incredible. The monkey forest is right outside the hotel and restaurant, which I really enjoyed. I love animals and seeing the monkeys around the area was super cute. If the monkeys got too close, the staff were on top of getting them away, but I personally loved seeing them so close up, and they didn’t bother me at all. I will 100% stay here again!"

I especially loved how clean the hotel is, their impeccable customer service and friendly staff, and the overall experience was the highest quality in Bali! Highly recommend Alaya Suites in Ubud! "Absolutely a five-star experience from beginning to end! Our Villa was beautiful, the atmosphere was wonderful, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. All of the servers was phenomenal, attentive, friendly, professional, and always one step ahead of anything we needed. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in making guests feel special, and that level of hospitality made such a lasting impression on us. Thank you for going above and beyond and making our time here so memorable. Much love from California! We can’t wait to come back in a few months! ❤️"

"A superb hotel. Spent a week here in July 2026. Received a very warm welcome upon arrival and checked in to a standard room, more than adequate, spacious with a walk in shower and bath room. Bed was super comfy and huge! The pool area is more than adequate with sun beds available at all hours of the day. The pool has a great view over the nearby forest. Took advantage of the spa which provided excellent treatment, a little bit of extra luxury. The breakfast is very good with all you’d expect from a buffet catering to all cultural tastes. The 2 restaurants are good, although you may wish to go farther afield for some authentic Indonesian cuisine. Plenty available. The staff are super attentive, always around to serve at the pool or dining facilities. Always a sincere friendly greeting. The hotel Is about a 15 minute cheap taxi out of Ubud away from the busy areas. Only minor read for improvement would be room balcony, ours was a little shabby and not so Inviting as it was very close to the main road. Maybe request a room facing away from the road if affected by noise. Overall we would definitely visit again and recommend to any wishing to visit Ubud."

"I can only echo what so many others have said—I had a fantastic stay at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud as a solo traveler. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel incredibly welcome and well looked after. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax while still being a short trip from central Ubud. My room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for a restful stay. What really stood out was the genuine warmth and kindness of the staff. They made traveling alone feel effortless and helped make my time in Ubud even more special. The only negative in my opinion was the food. I had breakfast every day and one dinner at the restaurant, and nothing was wrong with it. However, nothing particularly stood out; it was just average. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially solo travelers looking for a tranquil and welcoming retreat."
