The staff is amazing, really helpful with all of our needs. The rooms are cutely furnished and the bed comfortable, but I was not a fan of the bedding; I felt like it could have been a little nicer. "This was a great find for us. It's quiet and it of the way. Peaceful and set in rice paddy fields whilst only 10 minute walk to the Indo/StarMart or Babi Guling. Our 3 room villa had a private pool, small kitchen and dining area. TV facilities weren't connected until we asked. Restaurant area is nice and affordable. Decent variety. Pool area is great for adults and family and bring open a a local water park you get to mingle with locals in the afternoon. The staff were incredible!!! Local...

"Arrived and the pool was not functioning as a pool technician had just left. My kids were not happy they had to wait a day to swim and we paid a lot of money. I then asked for compensation to be told flat out no. On the last day I asked again and they gave us $30 bucks to put towards scooters but still not good enough. "

"The interior and exterior of the villa were exactly as shown in the photos. The furniture was a bit outdated, but everything was in good condition. However, the kitchen utensils provided seemed quite old and might need to be replaced. When I first entered the villa, there was a slight musty smell, which was a bit uncomfortable, but after a day, it seemed to fade. I was able to request anything I needed from the villa’s butler, and the service of having breakfast made and cleaned up at the villa...
