A top notch, classie hotel. Staff were very smart, polite & professional. I had a buffet lunch there & it was superb. Lots of choices. A large room too. Would stay here again 100%. A 5 minute walk from town and the same for the train station.

This hotel has everything I anticipated. No surprise. Room is spacious (compared to Tokyo), staff friendly, food delicious, lots of room for parking spots, nice and quiet natural scenery. Staff speaks good English. They have ice machine and coin operated washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Ube again.

スタッフの方々が皆さんとても感じ良く挨拶してくださいました。建物は古いのでしょうがお掃除が行き届いていました。お部屋は気にならなかったのですが廊下など独特なニオイがあり少し気になりました。 朝食の時にさほど広くないレストランにスタッフの方が４名も立っており何だか食べにくい雰囲気でスタッフの方が走ったりしていたので落ち着いて朝食が食べられなかったのが残念でした。
