A top notch, classie hotel. Staff were very smart, polite & professional. I had a buffet lunch there & it was superb. Lots of choices. A large room too. Would stay here again 100%. A 5 minute walk from town and the same for the train station.

This hotel has everything I anticipated. No surprise. Room is spacious (compared to Tokyo), staff friendly, food delicious, lots of room for parking spots, nice and quiet natural scenery. Staff speaks good English. They have ice machine and coin operated washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Ube again.

ホテルスタッフさんの接客が大変良く 声かけもあり居心地が良い。 滞在者向けフロントのコーヒーサービスもありとても美味しかったので何度も利用した。和食吉長を利用、こちらも滞在者10%オフは思いがけず嬉しかった。コンビニが少し遠いのが辛かった。
