It is a nightmare getting in and out of the building due to congestion at lifts. They only have 2 lifts working. Please check before booking as you may have to wait 10-15min to get into the lift. Especially if you have luggage or a stroller. Hotel wasn’t transparent about this at the time of booking. ...
