"I found the property Luma Terra Prague to be a well maintained , well organized establishment ,and exceptionally run by its management. "The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and super friendly! The room was great for the price, I just wish the AC actually worked. The AC unit had a broken back pipe so it was blowing out hot air through the back but otherwise everything was amazing!! Definitely recommend"

While I noticed that the property lists as having no elevator, it definitely does. We were on the 6th floor! We opted for the breakfast option and the food was fresh and there were lots of options with some changes each morning to keep it all new. "Conveniently located near the central train station. If you're a light sleeper then make sure you get a room on the 4th or 5rh floor, otherwise the train vibrations will keep you up all night. We were placed on the second floor but they were really nice and helped us change our room to the 5th floor on the second night."

"Beautiful hotel well situated to access public transport, shops and attractions. We ate dinner in the bar 2 nights and both days it was delicious. Staff on reception and bar were very friendly. I would return again next time I am in Prague. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. Rooms are a good size and very clean."

"When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere."
