"The carpark was very busy over the weekend and, after a long day out, we were forced to park as far away from the hotel as was possible. Weddings and the attraction of the spa probably accounted for this. The food was more than average except for the breakfast which was excellent. The staff, to my knowledge without exception, were very welcoming and noticeably hard working. The room was slightly more spacious than average with spotless facilities and a comfy bed (single). "We booked to stay at Rowton hall because we were attending a wedding. The staff were really lovely and very helpful Julie was exceptional as was another lady who helped us with our luggage. Annabelle on reception was also lovely, they really do have lovely staff, wedding bbq was lovely good choice of drinks, not exorbitant prices? Room was really lovely, nice comfortable beds. Thank you Julie and staff at Rowton hall."

"We had a lovely stay for our wedding anniversary. The Mill is excellently placed for the City centre, 5 minutes walk & you're in the shopping area. The staff were all friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The robes that we paid extra for were not used as they were not soft, but rather hard and well washed. The towels however were great. The bed was a bit soft for our liking. The room was very warm and we couldn't find a thermostat to lower the temperature. Breakfast was great, plenty of...
