"There was no mention of the pool being out of order until AFTER I was checked in for a non refundable 2 day stay over memorial day weekend. I asked for cleaning service and the beds were made, and towels were brought in, but the floor no vacuum run across it (as I specifically requested) so my toddlers ..."
