"The room was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful! Breakfast was excellent. A A very clean and organized continental breakfast with juices pancakes, waffles, eggs, and more! I will always choose to stay here when in Toronto if I can!"

"The room was not clean at all. The bathroom floor had hair on it and the counter wasn’t cleaned. We arrived late so we just cleaned it ourselves. The room was quite run down and needed a good cleaning. There was gum stuck to the floor and the counter had crumbs on it. Other reviews were good at this hotel so that is why we stayed but we were not impressed and wouldn’t stay here again."

"For a budget hotel, it's okay. The bedding cover feels stiff and like the one ply toilet paper provided. The free breakfast wasn't terrible. We requested extra pillows and they only provided one for two of us. The staff were friendly. Overall you get what you pay for. "

"I didn’t get breakfast but when I purchased through Expedia, I was told I will get breakfast and airport shuttle. I was not provided an airport shuttle either. I had to pay a shuttle out of pocket. Same as breakfast"

"The room could’ve been cleaner as there was hairs on the bedding, and the bathroom fan was very full of dust and debris. Carpets need to be replaced with lots of stains, but overall everything else was quite clean and the staff (especially the breakfast. Staff) are very friendly."

"Parking on the main level could be right outside your room with multiple entrances around the building made bringing in our stuff so easy. Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday, staff were friendly and helpful, and most important it was quiet at night! "
