"Great room, pool was great! Very kid friendly. Staff were great, great technology integration with texting available if anything is needed in the room. TV links with your smartphone to be able to watch shows etc from Netflix (huge win with kids). Only negative was the cleanliness of the room. I manage housekeeping at a large hospital, the room was not up to standards. Large debris on the floor, we found a hair clip from a previous guest, a wrapper from a previous guest in the main room. Otherwise, a great hotel!"

"Everything was fantastic. I had the chance to have dinner in the restaurant for three nights and I was extremely impressed! I was able to try three different entrees and they were fantastic. I sat at the bar and Dustin was my server. He was fantastic! Courteous, prompt, friendly, attentive and super nice guy. Pleasant second visit!!"

"We enjoyed our recent stay at the Hyatt during a trip to Toronto to pick up our son from college. The check in process was quick and the staff friendly. The room was clean and well laid out. My only comment was there was no hand soap at the sink so used the shower gel. Their complimentary breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items."
