"Air conditioning did not work, so we had to leave our patio door open at night to keep room below 25degrees Celsius. As a result, very noisy. Bed had a huge sag in the middle and bedding is worn and rough. Rooms need major updates."

"Beautiful location but the property isn't run very well. I requested a quiet room and the check-in staff said he was gonna take care of me - gave me a room right in front of the elevator. The A/C didn't work in that room (apparently they were aware of it and gave me that room nonetheless) so I requested a new room but had to wait an hour and a half for the manager to take a look. Finally checked in to a suitable room 2 hours after arriving. Wasted most of my free time there as my stay was for...

"After travelling as long as I did the last thing I needed was being kept awake to ll 0330 am as the noise from bar street was horrendous and the staff just didn’t want to know. The food was not very good and the bar only had Tourborg on tap and spirit wise Vodka, Gin and a very cheap Brandy. If this had been my first visit to Turgutries I would never go back again"
