Very friendly staff, tasty and rich buffet with good fish, börek, köfte, pide and much more. Good drink selection, very nice beach with sand on the sea floor. We tried the spa, really good, competent and relaxing massage.

Amazing stay the view was absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. Check in was super quick and hassle free and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Everything felt easy from the moment we arrived. Definitely worth it, I’d happily stay here again

Check in was super smooth and the staff were really helpful. They even gave us our room earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. The view was absolutely beautiful, and whenever we needed anything the team responded really quickly. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay here again

Honestly, so underrated. Me and my wife spent our honeymoon in 4 different hotels in bodrum No hotel was perfect Baska was by far the best. Honestly would just come back here when we visit again

The staff provided great customer service throughout my stay, and the breakfast offered a very large and impressive selection. The bathrooms are somewhat dated, and unfortunately, my toilet had not been cleaned properly when I arrived. Housekeeping could definitely improve in terms of overall cleanliness and attention to detail. This is a very large resort, so the location of your room can make a difference. My room was closer to the pool, and it took approximately 10 minutes to get to reception. During peak times, the lift can also become quite crowded. It is also very slow. Because my room was near the pool area and restaurant corridor, I could hear music throughout the day and into the evening. It wasn't overly bothersome, but at one point I did express my concern to the hotel staff, and they were responsive and turned the music down. Interestingly, I rarely saw anyone using that particular area, so I felt the music could have been kept at a lower volume to begin with. If large resorts are your thing, you'll probably enjoy the varieties they have to offer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was delicious with great variety of fresh and flovorfuk dishes every day. The sea was clear and beautiful. Making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach activities. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. Having a coffee while looking at Bodrum Castle was an unforgettable experience and one of the most peaceful moments of our vacation. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Every question or problem we had was solved quickly, proffessionally and effectively. They genuinely cared their guests comfort and satisfaction and always found solution without delay. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants calm and relax for own holiday.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Başka! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to everything we wanted to explore. The food was outstanding—every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We truly looked forward to dining each day. What made our experience even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. The stunning views, exceptional service, and wonderful atmosphere created an unforgettable vacation for us. We had such an amazing time and made beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. Whoever is rating this hotel as 5star has never stayed in a 5 star hotel before. The staff and the food were excellent however the hotel is under renovation and it's an ongoing construction site with many disruptions and work being carried out throughout the hotel The finishing works of the renovation is not 5 start quality, far from it. The vibe is nice around the place but it is not a high end establishment.

Arrived on Sunday afternoon, room was quite dark , I was quite upset as booked sea front room . Hassan the relationship manager tried is upmost to make me relaxed and changed the room , if not for him I would have left Once settled we checked out the resort The facilities have a lot of impressive purks Like Fridges all over the place with free drinks The staff is absolutely fantastic and very attentive and polite, small issue they barely speak English so a lot of google translate, From the pool to the reception you need to take 4 lifts as hotel is on a huge slope Lift from pool to beach was not working hence a lot of stairs Overall we had a great time and lots of fun , very tasty ice cream and cakes The views are amazing , the spa is also very good , the laundry service turn around in 5hours was amazing and the welcome smiles from Tatiana when you enter the hotel reception were heartwarming

Öncelikle burası isim değişikliğine giden bir otel. Önceki ismiyle daha öncede konakladığım bildiğim bir yer. Fakat “Başka Resort Hotel” olarak daha iyi bir hizmet ve göze hitap eden tasarımıyla oldukça keyifli bir otel. Otel konum olarak Bodrum’da konumlanan en iyi otellerden birisi. Özellikle partnerinizle gidecekseniz her yerinde onlarca fotoğraf çekilmeye hazır olun :) Yemekleri ve personel desteği oldukça başarılı. Havuz ve deniz kalitesi tatmin edici. Özellikle otel yöneticilerinden Hasan Bey’in hem ilgisi hem de olaylara doğrudan etki eden çözümleri bizi çok mutlu etti. Otel değişikliğinden dolayı tabii ki de eksikleri vardı ama büyük ihtimalle 15 gün içerisinde kusursuz bir deneyimle tatilinizi gönül rahatlığıyla yapabilirsiniz.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The resort is stunning, with expansive grounds, beautiful landscaping, and breathtaking views. Its private location makes it the perfect place to truly relax and disconnect. The amenities are exceptional. From the beachfront and pool to the wide variety of water activities, there was always something to enjoy. The dining options were fantastic, with generous buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as excellent à la carte seafood and Italian restaurants. There were also several bars and snack bars throughout the resort, so everything you could possibly need was just a short walk away. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had everything they needed. A special thank you to Hasan, the manager, and Emre from the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcomed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. In fact, we enjoyed the resort so much that we never felt the need to leave the property during our entire stay, it truly had everything we were looking for. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing getaway with outstanding service.

This is a former Holiday Inn hotel that is now charging resort-lile prices after doing a new paint job and new name. Do not fall for this or the AI-generated reviews. We were there for not even 1 hour and turned back around after witnessing the so-called “big boss” yelling at his management team in the dining room while hosting a leadership meeting at 10 pm. We also left because we walked in to a room that was dusty and the bathroom was not made up!! The windows had been left open for bugs to come in. Bottom line: it's a one or at most two-star hotel that has no idea on hotel management but is charging 5-star prices. Stay Away!

We loved staying at Baska resort. It was our first time in Bodrum. The resort is amazing, the views are breathtaking and the alll inclusive options are out of this world. Plus the entertaining areas are well designed and they look like a magazine covers. It is true the place is still undergoing renovation and the cleanliness around is not great, there are construction materials, etc. The rooms are very small but cute. We needed cleaning and instead of full sweep we got just 2 rolls of toilet paper. Had to escalate to get the cleaning crew back. Overall the whole experience was good. The food and the chefs and service staff get 10+, the rooms 5, cleaning-less 6. Beach was very beautiful but did not have access to the sand. It felt like a boat launch where you have to go in the sea with a ladder. There are some deep sections in the water and you have to be careful. The beach bar and all the cute venues around were amazing. Really good ice cream, they have kids section, few other beach food venues , drink bars, etc. live entertainment every day. If I have to rate my whole experience I would give it a 7 out of 10. Thank you!!!! Tanya and Adham
