"Our room did not look anything like the photos on their website. False advertising to get you in.
NO ONE is ever at reception. There is a number to ring and you get someone with screaming children in the back ground who are very hard to understand.
You have to go to the motel next door to check in and out, and that reception is only manned after 2pm.
Our toilet was leaking onto the floor - it felt like we had paid money to stay in a dirty public toilet.
We asked for two beds and they had...
