éviter à tout prix! To avoid! Une arnaque! A scam!

Très mauvaise expérience, je n'ai pas pu rester même pas une seule nuit par manque de sécurité: pas de gardien ni de personnel, tout est entièrement ouvert et donne directement sur la route, absence totale de sécurité, aucun autre touriste ne séjournait, ambiance trop bizarre avec des taxis qui se garent devant les chambres, tout était obscur et vide, alors que tout Tulum affichait complet. Toujours pas remboursée alors que payé intégralement 10 nuits car à mon arrivée à l'hôtel le 23 décembre à 19h du soir une personne m'attendait pour encaisser le solde du séjour réservé sur Hotels.com avant de me donner les clés de ma chambre et me montrer l'hôtel, et avant que je voie que tout était vide, sans lumières, comme abandonné, sans personnel, sans réception, sans autres voyageurs, sans gardiens, dans une zone sensible surtout pour les voyageurs seuls et les femmes. De ce fait comme l'hôtel n'était pas en conditions de recevoir de touristes dans des conditions de sécurité basiques je n'ai pas pu rester, et on m'a dit que pas de problème on me rembourserait dès le lendemain, or c'est l'arnaque on ne veut plus me rembourser alors qu'ils avaient confirmé le remboursement à Hotels.com, et Hotels.com se lave les mains maintenant. J'ai dépensé une fortune pour me reloger pendant 3 nuits à Tulum pendant les fêtes, et n'ayant pas trouvé de logement à prix normal à Tulum, j'ai dû changer mon séjour. c'est inacceptable!

Fraud! We booked online and came to checkin. They gave us a shared bathroom which we refused. The lady asked for 50$ to cancel the reservation. We went to another hotel. Still paid for this reservation...

Perfect stay.

It was an amazing stay for me. I was prepared to be in the middle of party city so the music from neighboring bars didn’t bother me (it ended at 1 am anyway). Rooms were very clean, Carla the receptionist was very accommodating to my needs. Location was great to the beach and restaurants/ stores nearby. I ate at the restaurant a few times and food was good, prices were Tulum prices. Def recommend this place. Side note: You will fall in love with Pinty, one of the hotel cats :)

Nice hidden place

I really enjoyed staying at Yoga Shala. The place is in the middle of everything, but yet quiet and peaceful. Beach access is just across the street, I didn’t hear any noise from the bars around, and my room was comfortable and super clean. The staff can’t be more accommodating and nice. Would definitely recommend and come back.

very clean room. great with mosquitonet over the bet since its a lot of mosquitos in the area. and nice with unlimited access to water. wifi works great. yoga was expensive - 20 dollar for one time. its same price in the area though but it would have been nice with discount for hotel guests.

Likes: The staff was very friendly; the yoga was awesome--it's worth going just for the yoga Dislikes: LOUD MUSIC almost every night, throughout the night, interfered with our sleep. Ended up sleep deprived. The loud music was coming from a bar just down the street. Our room was almost shaking one night from 11-4 am.
