"We had a fantastic stay at Coco Unlimited Tulum from April 24th to May 4th. The property is beautiful, but it was the lovely people who made the experience truly special.I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Betty on reception and Jacob in the restaurant were absolutely outstanding representatives of the hotel. They both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the lovely food—the chilaquiles were brilliant, and they make a lovely margarita! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for top-tier service and great vibes in a stunning setting. Vicky and Nick."

"From the moment you walk to this beautiful hotel you disconnected with life it is so amazing. I fell in love with it. I went with mix reviews in my mind, but honestly, it’s exactly what I expected so beautiful you disconnect from nature I would recommend to bring bug repellent flashlights, because since it is an eco hotel. There’s not many lights. It is very hot and sticky so bring mini fans as well in the hotel rooms. There is air-conditioning one right at the top from your bed so you will get air when you sleep and there is also a split air conditioning. It is so amazing. I fell in love with it. The staff’s are super nice. I would definitely go again. It is a 10 out of 10. If you don’t do your research correctly and don’t come prepared, you will probably not like it but if you come prepared the correct way, it is amazing. Highly recommend. "

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful very peaceful and serene design. The food was amazing and the staff were nice and helpful. The only negative I would have to say is that it’s a very loud hotel. There is music that starts at 10:30 AM into the evening from not only the hotel, but the neighboring hotels. There isn’t a mention of a bar in the listing, but the restaurant does play loud music nightly so if you’re looking for that party vibe, this is a great place to be!"
