Die erste Woche war traumhaft. In der 2ten und 3ten Woche wurde unser Gebäudekomplex mit pubertierenden Schulkinder aufgefüllt und die Ruhe war vorbei!! Deshalb würden wir da nicht wieder buchen.Alles andere war gut.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gut für Familien und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Unsere Unterkunftswünsche und sonstige Wünsche für unsere Tochter wurden allesamt erfüllt ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Die Apartments sind zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen dennoch sind sie sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolutes Highlight von der Anlage ist neben dem Sportangebot auch das Essen. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Playitas med udfordringer på indtjekning

Indtjekning fungerer ikke særligt godt når man må vente 3 timer på sit værelse efter indtjekningstid. Buffeten fungerer dårligere end normalt pga. Covid restriktioner. Generelt søde og service mindede medarbejdere. Rengøringen har gode medarbejdere, Trænerer er søde og dygtige mens receptionen har meget variation i hvor servicemindede og informerende de enkle medarbejdere er (en enkel medarbejder Beralides skyldte sig særlig positivt ud). Det virker dog som der er en ledelse der arbejde seriøst på at sikre den gode kundeoplevelse - også når man klager over

Tolles Sporthotel, für Familien eingeschränkt

Sportanlagen sind wirklich top, tolle Kurse, super Anlage, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Für Kinder allerdings nur mittelmäßig, wir waren mit kleineren Kindern dort und da sind die Möglichkeiten eingeschränkt. Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist trotzdem gepflegt und wenn was nicht funktioniert hat wurde wirklich sofort reagiert. Insgesamt toller Service. Nur die Betten waren für uns nicht ideal, weil eher Campingbetten und Einzelbetten. Für kleine Kinder und Erwachsene, die nachts auch mal kuscheln wollen nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen, da die Betten auseinander rutschen, wenn man in der Besucherritze liegt. Aber insgesamt trotzdem ein toller Urlaub.

Tolle Sportanlagen, abwechslungsreiches Sportprogramm und in der Nähe des noch sehr ursprünglichen Fischerdorfs Las Playitas gelegen, wo es gute Restaurants gibt. Zimmer ok (Betten relativ hart), wir hatten (gegen Aufpreis) Meerblick gebucht, das Meer war aber leider nur in der Ferne zu sehen.

Everybody was very helpful and the restaurant staff ina particular. Pool bar staff were great but your system was inefficient. One person serving and making every drink, ice cream, coffee etc while the other person walked around the back of the bar preparing for the next shift caused long queues. You should have one person taking orders and one person making the orders and you will sell more stuff. I saw two people leaving the line without buying

First visit and quite impressed. Plenty to do and although some classes are not included in the price, it's good that there are activities you can join for no charge. Takes a while to get to know the layout and work out the quickest route from place to place. Unfortunately the only garden area that was not beautifully planted was the one that we overlooked from our balcony! The eco-garden is a great idea. Staff were smiley and helpful. It's all very spacious and open. Nothing is crowded. We look forward to another visit!

Necesita un poco de atención bien

Ubicación excelente, desayuno excelente, instalaciones muy buenas. Da mucho asco que los deportistas, la mayoría extranjeros no se duchen antes de tirarse a la piscina, vienen sudando y se tiran al lado tuyo. Es una cuestión de educación lo sé, pero debería controlarse más....ya fuese con un toque de atención o un recordatorio cuando terminan sus actividades. Es muy desagradable para el resto de personas. Esto lo comentamos en recepción antes de irnos.

No está mal

El hotel está muy bien equipado pero no había nada de ambiente, es para estar relajado porque no hay nadie a partir de las 8 de la tarde. La habitación es muy buena, lo único que en la reserva ponía una cama y teníamos dos camas que tenían ruedas y se movían. La limpieza de la habitación nos la hicieron solamente 3 días de 6 que estuvimos. La cocina no calentaba, también es verdad que no dijimos nada en recepción. El lugar es muy bonito y tiene un montón de actividades que puedes hacer, lo único que está apartado de todo.
