"I stayed at this hotel for three nights. On the first day, housekeeping appeared to have cleaned my room by simply making the bed and spreading the sheets, but they did not even empty the trash. For the remainder of my stay, housekeeping never came to clean my room. When I contacted the receptionist, I was told that room cleaning is only provided every other day. So, keep this in mind if you prefer having your room cleaned daily. Another concern is the lack of privacy. You can hear people...

"Very COOL place, interesting murals, paintings and other artsy displays. Nice healthy breakfast, clean rooms and bathrooms. I gave it 4 stars for amenities since we didn’t use the pool or the gym and I couldn’t Chromecast my own Netflix on TV, since I didn’t want to use the login option."

"Excelente servicio. Buena opcion de hotel."

"I had an unpleasant stay here. I had an issue with my payment and the staff was very inconvenient and really impolite to me. The problem still isn't resolved and I wouldn't recommend staying here after the incident that happened with me."

"The location was perfect for walking to campus and to entertainment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms could use a little TLC but were clean."

"The staff remembered my dog's name and greeted him everyday.."

"It was like a little oasis in the city felt very secure"
