Other than a water leak that made half of the room a little hazardous, the stay was excellent. And once I informed the front desk, he offered to move me. When I didn't want to move, he brought many extra towels. Nice big room with a comfortable bed. Radio/alarm a little old with buttons that didn't always connect. But price was good and where my conferences was.

Staff is friendly and problem resolving. As for the rest, at checking-in and going to the room, there was a strong smell kinda like cigarette, there were crumbs in the bed blankets (it seems they didn’t change them for new ones), toilet was moldy, shower head wasn’t working, everything is way too old, they were having issues with the towels they were lacking and breakfast terrible. I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this hotel, it’s not as I remembered.

The Staff was excellent and hallway floors clean, new flooring in part of the room..but the room was otherwise dirty and banged up. It stank and there was nasty things in the sink and scratches on the doors and walls; torn furniture, dirty sheets, blood and lipstick on the duvet cover. The front desk replaced the bedding promptly and kindly. There is a nice dog area but there was not any garbage cans near by so, people had left the poop and bags on the ground.

The only 3.5 star rating in this hotel is the staff. The staff are very nice. Now the rooms are old. They smell old and nothing is updated. Sink and toilet lid were falling apart. Water wouldn’t stay warm. It actually turned cold while I was showering. I was really dissatisfied and expected more for a 3.5 star hotel. I would not stay here again. It’s need to be listing as a lower rating.

We stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Viscount Suites Tucson East for 17 days for business as a family group of four. The price was very reasonable for a longer stay, which we appreciated. The hotel itself feels quite old , probably from the 80s , and it shows. The breakfast was average, nothing special but acceptable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Housekeeping is scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, but even when they came, the room was not cleaned properly. We often had to ask for fresh towels and washcloths. On a positive note, the front desk staff and the breakfast staff were very nice and friendly, which helped make the stay more pleasant. Overall, it’s budget-friendly for a long business stay, but the cleanliness definitely needs significant improvement.

There was plenty of parking available. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The mattress was comfortable. The furnishings are a bit dated and worn, but that did not take away from the comfort of the accommodations. The breakfast buffet was quite good, but lacked fresh fruit. The staff that we interacted with were pleasant.

The first thing I noticed when walking into the lobby was that it was very dark. I wasn’t sure what was going on but wondered if they were saving on electrical costs. The room(s) they put me in were disgusting. On my way to the first room (on the second floor) I meet a woman looking for the ice machine. I couldn’t make out her face because of the darkness. The non smoking room, strongly smelt like cigarette smoke the moment I walked in. I turned around and walked right out, heading back to check-in. I was given a different room that made my skin crawl. This time on the 1st floor. It was so dirty! There were dark spots on the tile around the toilet I thought were chips in the tile…they were not! The drain was gross and the mirror was chipped along the bottom. There were small holes in the walls, a cigarette burn on the dresser along with multiple stains and holes. It was just dirty everywhere! The woman at the check-in was super helpful and nice. She explained that there were upgrades to rooms on the 3rd floor and that if she had any available, she’d give me one. These are the rooms they photograph for their marketing and it’s very misleading. I was able to get a refund and promptly found another hotel.

The room was not in good condition. Horrible stains all over the carpet (one of the stains was red!), nicked & scuffed furniture, holes in the walls that had been repaired but not painted, stained furniture; how was I to know if this room was actually clean? Blow driers in rooms: mine didn’t have one; had to call twice to request it. Also, peep holes in the door. Why aren’t there any?? That’s a safety issue. The staff was excellent! Very helpful, warm and genuinely friendly.
