Eddie at the front desk was amazing. The room was booked for my brother as he experienced a medical emergency and had to fly out of Tucson unexpectedly. The hotel’s shuttle was a great amenity and Eddie made sure my brother got an accessible room. The breakfast made it easy to get a bite to eat before an early flight.

The staff was very friendly, helpful. Breakfast very basic, towels we received weren't washed properly ( blood) trash cans filthy dirty. Bathrooms aren't washed properly a lot of hair, stained with paint. Swimming pool was out of order, when I asked why we were told it's under construction, few min later they put a sign "closed for the season" AZ is super hot still. Blankets should be washed after each rental, nasty dirty with stains. I do not blame the staff.

The location is very close to the airport. Our room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The hotel needs curb appeal and professional maintenance. No fruit offered for breakfast but they did have eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, breads coffee and juice. It was fine for a one night stay.

Don't waste your money. I left 5 minutes after stepping into the room. Very old looking and nothing comfortable about the space. The bed was awful. It wasn't just soft, which I dont mind, but it needed to be replaced. I left after 10 minutes. The girl at the front desk though was very friendly.
