"comfortable beds and pillows."

"Location is awesome, especially for those cruising due to closeness to the cruise ports. The art in the hotel almost makes it a destination unto itself."

"The location is great, close to a sumo show/restaurant, all the main brands and shops around, plus it is very close to the Tokyo train station. The free pancakes and juice on the 12th floor is amazing for the morning breakfast. There's even a private laundry machine for this specific floor. The little free snacks are also good, and the hairdryer is fantastic (it even gives a scalp massage - wow!). The employees are very kind and helpful, and the amenities bar offers so much variety of goods."

"Situated in good location. Close to metro and JR station (10 minutes walk). The room is clean and has more space compare to business hotel but lack of dressing and grooming area. There're several choices of restaurants by the corner."
