Hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful! Staff helped to change our sheets from a duvet to a thinner top sheet; which helped us sleep comfortably. Front desk staff also helped find an English-speaking emergency clinic and helped set up an appointment. Highly recommend this hotel chain!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and made every day, the buffet breakfast was ok for us but the toasting machine was terrible, they need a proper toaster. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. Also for any Tamiya fans it was only a 12 min walk away.
