"Anetis beach is a wonderful small and friendly beach hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was available throughout our stay. "The Zante Pantheon cannot be praised enough. The hotel is well presented with excellent staff who have obviously been well trained and supported by the brilliant family owners. Although it is a 12 minute walk to town snd the journey back is quite steep it therefore benefits from being in a lovely quite location. "We busted for my 40th bday celebration. We brought our two young children and the entire trip was excellent. Staff very helpful and accommodating. The entire resort is very high end and beautiful. Definitely worth a visit!"

"Lovely family run hotel. We enjoyed the food which was freshly made and locally sourced (most of the ingredients home grown!) The pool area was really nice and very quiet, even in peak season, and the small beach which was a short walk away was perfect. Car hire from the hotel was a really plus too. Would definitely recommend to people wanting a quieter stay in Zakynthos. "

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."
