"This is a big resort so there is little to no personalization. For instance, ALL the rooms are ready at the same time (no allowance for early check in). They have all the luggage in a room that is not secured but you do have access to your things easily. There are many steps everywhere to go anywhere. "The wifi never worked properly in our 4 night stay. There were a few water outages during our stay and the staff never communicated clearly about them. We also reported a leak in the ceiling but never heard about a resolution or fix. The location is very convenient and all other amenities worked as expected (including the A/C which was a must during the heatwave). It's a short 10 minutes walk to the beach, and many restaurants."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location was excellent, and all of the staff were fantastic, friendly, and always happy to help. We booked a Superior Side Sea View room, which was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The beds were extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. "Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."
