"The breakfast was decent - better than some and the hot tub was nice as well. Unfortunately, we didn't know it was available till later in our stay, but we did use it. Staff was especially friendly and helpful."

"We ended up going on a diff weekend due to storm blocking roads. Nice they allowed us to change despite policy. However few problems with our stay 1. Housekeeping. We asked for extra comforter / duvet as we had 4 guests in that each preferred own blanket. Multiple times had to re-ask as housekeeping kept taking them during cleaning and turndown. On top of this there were some shelves covered in thick layer of dust. Superficial job. 2. Food was OK. Manzanita was decent but lobby and taco place weren’t very good. 3. Main pool and hot tub closed for maint. Spa pool was open for use but was looking forward to hot tub. 4. Ski in / out not possible due to lack of snow — sometimes a ski Sherpa from Northstar would help drive down guests, but only if you had a lesson otherwise they’d fuss. So either hike down mountain with skis or take 2 gondolas."

"Staff was super helpful and friendly, the room was incredibly comfortable, the in-room coffee is maybe the best I’ve ever had in a hotel, and the cherry on top is the gorgeous surroundings. I hope to stay here again!"

"Very clean updated room, helpful communication prior to arrival. Separate parking on back street. Central location! Would stay again! "
