Great hotel close to the beach

We had a fabulous stay at Sowell Recidence Le port. Our apartment was huge and perfect for our family and the staff were so helpful. Amazing breakfast.

Great stay

Great appartment situated at 7 floor with a fantastic view of the habour. Just one minute from beach or schwimmingpool. What ever you like. Will cettainly come back

When booking they told us we’d have parking get there and they told us no so had to keep feeding a meter. The sink wouldn’t drain. Asked for towels in the morning and then after dinner had to go back and ask again. The suite was pretty run down. I’m used to EU mattresses but this was thin and the pillows was like sleeping straight on the mattress. The view was beautiful. A lot of walkable options for food/drinks etc 10/10 on location. But would not stay here again.

Après des soucis techniques, le Directeur et toute l’équipe ont su nous trouver des solutions sur un week très chargé. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et les efforts fournis pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Honteux

Réserver pour avoir un lit deux places et se retrouver à dormir sur un canapé, balcon juste à côté vitre avec zéro insonorisation donc on entend tout dans la rue avec l’impression que les gens sont dans l’appartement A mon arrivée la porte de mon logement n’était pas fermée à clé, pas de torchon, salle de bain peu propre, chauffage a fond dans toute les pièces mais j’ai passé la nuit frigorifié. Je ne recommande absolument pas en vu des commentaires sur google visiblement aucune amélioration depuis des mois.. 75€ la nuit c’est du vol !

Med skøn udsigt fra balkon på 6. Sal. Det var perfekt! Dejlig by! Ikke hele personalet havde rutine og forstår et servicekoncept! Nogle med ringe sprogkundskaber bortset fra fransk! God morgenmad! På visse tidspunkter svært at finde parkering!

Appartement bien placé et bien équipé mais qui mériterait d’être rafraîchi . Le balcon est top mais les portes mal insonorisées , boule quies a prévoir . Piscine géniale et personnel très sympa .

Bon séjour et très bon emplacement

Agréable séjour et l'accueil très chaleureux, la résidence mérite un petit coup de rafraîchissement, et le ménage du logement est moyen, il restait des cheveux et des poils derrière la porte des salles de bains, la cuisine et l'électroménager ne sont pas nettoyés lors de l'arrivée, ... à revoir c'est dommage car le séjour était vraiment très sympa, en famille et la disposition du logement est très bien ... Nous reviendrons sûrement

Nous sommes arrivés tardivement car réservation faite tard du coup appartement pas prêt. Pas de ménage ni drap,ni serviettes. On nous a mis dans 1 chambre d'hôtel avec vu sur mer à la place du port sans balcon du coup. L'essentiel c'est qui nous est trouvé de la place. Au final il ne faut pas réserver tard et à la dernière minute car les prestations hôtelière ne sont pas assurées. Je ne comprends pas les logements sont censés être rendus pour 12h00.

La situation géographique est très bien ainsi que la piscine . Par contre il manquait des draps pour les 2 lits d'une personne , pas de torchon pour la vaisselle . L'arrivée à 17h génère des queues à l'accueil ou une seule personne officiait les réservations de l'hôtel, celles de la résidence, le service bar Je voudrais savoir ce que le mot taxe veut dire car j'ai du les payer dans votre facture et à l'hôtel. . Pas plus d'une nuit en solution de repli

Nous avons été bien accueilli par David. En revanche, nous n'avions pas de draps pour les fauteuils convertibles même après avoir demandé à l'accueil ! Extrêmement déçu par la qualité de l'appartement même si rapport qualité prix raisonnable pas au prix de cette mauvaise expérience !

Correcte

appartement pour 6 personnes accompagnées d'un boxer, l'espace était suffisant, on a passé une nuit, on a mangé le soir à l'appart, le bémol était la vaisselle pas forcément très propre, j'ai relavé avant de l'utiliser malgré le lave vaisselle présent, je pense que ce n'est pas vérifier, le casseroles pourraient être changer égalemnt et il manquait un rideau dans la chambre donnant dans le couloir. Sinon une belle vue sur le port face à Deauville, très bonne situation géographique, on peut tout faire à pied et même aller à la plage.

Bonjour, Nous sommes arrivé après un assez long trajet avec notre bébé de 1 an un vendredi après midi. A l’arrivé personne devant la résidence, aucune information, jusqu’à ce que nous comprenions (seuls) qu’il fallait se rendre dans l’hôtel voisin pour avoir accès à la residence. Inutile de précisé que le nom de la résidence n’était écrit nulle-part sur la devanture de la résidence. Une fois ce problème résolu nous avons enfin récupéré les clés de notre studio, au 1er étage, la vue sur le port est ainsi inexistante. Arrivé à l’etage, les parties communes étant ouvertes sur l’extérieur nous faisons la connaissance d’insectes (peut être des poissons d’argent). Arrivé dans la chambre nous trouvons de la poussière, un sol sombre et sale ( en témoigne le pantalon de mon fils qui rampe un peu partout)
