Je tiens à partager mon expérience suite à mon récent séjour dans votre établissement, et malheureusement, elle a été très décevante. • Absence de climatisation, ce qui a rendu le séjour très inconfortable. • Pression d’eau très faible dans la douche. • Pomme de douche couverte de calcaire, ce qui est inacceptable d’un point de vue hygiène. • Eau stagnante dans la douche. • Literie extrêmement inconfortable. • Aucun stationnement gratuit disponible. Je suis vraiment surprise et insatisfaite compte tenu des attentes que j’avais. Je vous invite à prendre en considération ces remarques afin d’améliorer la qualité de vos services. Pour un 4 etoiles, je trouve que le carrelage de la douche joins salle, moisissure dans la douche. Miroir grossissant tres mal placé aucun interet. Pas de ptit bonnet pour la douche, Jai fait la grace matinée, je me suis fait presque engueulé parce que lheure de la femme de menage etait arrivee a echeance, Douche bouchée.
