Common area balcony overlooked the harbor and was a great place to relax during the evenings. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. "

"Advertising was misleading, there is limited dining, they stop taking meal orders at 16:45, we arrived at 6:30, to find out we couldn’t get dinner, no restaurants in walking distance. Beach is a long ways away, and not private."

"From the time we entered the reception, Sofia was amazing, the restaurant staff and checkout personnel also amazing. Our flight got delayed and thus we arrived later than expected and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped get our vacation back on track! Near restaurants and shops and lots of parking! Loved every secod of our stay! Kudos to the Team, they are experts at customer service!"

"We had a fantastic time at camping Chania. Staff were great. Tents are clean and comfortable. Pool and bar area is good and great for lunch time snacks or a beer and ice cream. Beautiful beach, restaurants and shops near by within a 5min walk. Local bus will take you into Chania town too. We will definitely be back!!!"

We had the junior suite with a swimming pool, spacious and elegant. You almost don’t want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. "What a beautiful property and what a beautiful, extreme professional staff the only exception is the swimming pool situation when I’m seeing kids defecating inside the pool and that was a turn off for the experience, not be able to use the pool because of what I’ve seen between dirty diapers and parents tried to hide the kids number one and number two it was very, very, very upsetting. Overall the hotel is very nice. but for that reason alone, I will never come there again, especially when it’s a vacation resort and I would like to use the facilities, especially the pool "

"The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "

"We have had an amazing experience in Phos Hotel. Great service, people at the hotel were always smiley and willing to help you. Breakfast was great and there is option to also have a drink or eat at the bar of the main pool. The swim up hotel room was TOP. Silent, clean, great pool… I would have never left. We 200% recommend this hotel! Additionally there are many restaurants in the area at walkable distance so no need to take the care every day to go out for dinner, unless you want to go to Chania."
