Food - excellent, lots of choice at breakfast, evening meal very good. Was advised at check in that rooms not cleaned everyday, this suited us as didn’t need/want this, if we needed anything we asked and this was addressed straight away. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely book again."

"Very disappointing that the hot tub was broken and had not been used for weeks. There was no attempt to fix it. When we arrived the main light in our room didn’t work and the kettle was also broken. However the location of the Hotel was perfect. Very central, with lovely views of the harbour. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals were great and included in the price."

"Great location on the water while also in the city center. Breakfast was also good with many choices of food and beverage. Always seemed full with guests which also meant that check in was not until mid to late afternoon as they noted on their site. "
