Excellent location, comfortable room and bathroom, delicious breakfast, very friendly breakfast staff. But the reception staff was very bad. Not at all friendly or helpful, they seem tired and without any interest in their work. A shame, because it is a very good hotel.

Great compact hotel!

Comfortable bed. Small room, but very adequate. Nice clean bathroom, and well designed. Stored luggage for free before we could check-in. Staff were OK and helpful when asked. Would stay here again.

It was a good stay. Good location. Easy check in. We came early. So, they allowed us to store luggage for free. Everything was great. Wish we had stayed for long

The only thing about the hotel is walking up that hill with ice and snow on the ground. It was hard..especially if you had a suitcase. Other than that I was very pleased with my stay and will stay there again.

The simple concept is good, but it's just not cozy. The lighting is bad. Either you're blinded by very bright ceiling light or you're almost in the dark with a bedside lamp that is too dim to read by. The bed is too small for two adults. Slogans on the concrete wall should be substituted by a nice picture.

Basic, warm, functional.

This is the basic Smart Hotel style. No frills, quite a lot of concrete, but clean, warm, good shower etc. The rooms are small and quite tight, but the bed is good. The breakfast was excellent, and I like that there were notices trying to get people not to waste food. The service was ok, I found the reception staff slightly reluctant to help and not very forthcoming which was a shame. No parking - you have to find the big underground car park. I didn't find it at first - the directions from the receptionist were not clear and ended up in a tiny, tight carpark where I scraped my car. Not the receptionist's fault, but better more helpful directions would have put me in a better place. Find the big one and stay safe!

The man in the reception was eating when I came to check in, took a while before he was done. Then he hardly spoke Norwegian, difficult to understand. Black old T-shirt and tattoos all over him. Room filthy and looked like a cell with cement wall. I know it is modern, but certainly not suitable in a bedroom. Location is good though and the price only half of the other hotels in Tromsö

非常に便利な場所にあります。部屋はとても狭いですが、清潔です。ケトルはありませんがロビーでお湯をもらえます。 チェックアウト後にスーツケース大2個を預かってもらえないか頼みましたが快く引き受けてくれました。スタッフは皆優しいです。
