"This hotel is a gem in the heart of Trieste, Italy. We stayed here 2 nights prior to a cruise. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable and quiet with a great shower. The staff in the hotel were helpful and kind (and patient) and the breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee. It was conveniently located so we could wander for a few hours and go back to our room for a short rest (it was very hot). We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and if we are ever here again, we would not hesitate to book this lovely hotel."

"Stayed here many times. Shared dorms have curtains for privacy, cozy blanket, comfy bed, outlet and lights at each bunk. Community room has large kitchen and relaxing seating."

"Had the room on the 7th floor with a very large sea view balcony. Apartment was very spacious. Check in was 2 minutes and very easy. Location is great. Just 5 minutes walk to the canal. Price is very reasonable."

"More instructions on how the stove, coffee maker works would be very helpful. Clearer directions as to where to check in. Not the best for mobility challenges individuals. Its set of stairs has no railing. Not great for amenities with low toilet paper, no dish soap or dish rag."

"This was a wonderful property close to the city center with access to the canal and waterfront. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel bar and breakfast were a big bonus!"

"The hotel itself very well maintained and looks classy. The staff on reception were very helpful. The room was a reasonable size and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was large and the shower was adequate. The hotel is quite a walk from the railway station but isn't too far from the historic sites. Breakfast was good and held in a stunning room. The girl running the breakfast room was very helpful and was very friendly."
