J ai envoyé un e-mail pour demander comment bénéficier de la pension complète pas de réponse de l hôtel .A notre arrivée à 17h on nous a indiqué qu il fallait venir à 13h pour pouvoir profiter de la pension complète Ils se sont excusés pour l absence de réponse mais n ont pas proposé de compensations"

"The hotel is full of old people who are not happy at all to see younger families or people from other countries who do not understand German. Very grumpy people (including reception and restaurant/breakfast) and not polite. Do not smile, do not apologise or say thank you. Also, do not answer if you said thank you. "Ein wirklich tolles 5-Sterne-Hotel! Der Service war exzellent, das Zimmer komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie kleine Unstimmigkeiten beim Check-in, könnten noch optimiert werden, aber das hat den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!"
