Great location, right outside the ferry/view. The staff were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond. We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!

This hotel is a gem; with helpful staff and a lakeside location off the main road. It was our first night in Italy and a perfect introduction. Lovely walk along the waterfront and you can get to Villa Balbaniello, but get tickets in advance. We would stay here again anytime.

Fab hotel with parking and near the ferry and walk over to a few restaurants but the restaurant in the hotel is very good and not overpriced. The decor is not the best especially in the ball area they need to change those awful grey chairs but the artwork is fabulous and funky. Overall a good option Leno is a beautiful small town

This is one of my best hotel stays. From the friendly check-in, great breakfast, and responsive service, the experience was great.
