No frills but perfectly good.

This is a 40 Euro twin room. Probably the cheapest hotel room I have ever had in Europe. Perfectly good for a cheap night's sleep - we used it for 5 hours.

Séjour un week-end ( une nuit )

Un séjour d'une nuit, arrivée a 14h00 pour déposer les affaires. Pas de contrainte de sortie ou d'entrée dans l'hôtel ( aucune porte véroullier, accessible avec un code pour circuler a toute heures vers l'extérieur). Puis repartir à 12h00 avec un petit déjeuner a volonté. Le seul inconvénients, matelas trop dur mais pas dérangeant pour une nuit.

Mauvaise experience

L hôtel était occupé par beaucoup d ouvriers. C était très bruyants, ces gens n avaient aucun respect pour les autres. Hygiène douteuse, volume sonore insupportable et balade dans les couloirs en tenue très légère à la sortie de la douche. Le personnel était sympathique et prévenant, je suis vraiment compatissante pour la personne qui fait le ménage. Sinon la chambre était OK, minimaliste mais propre. Insonorisation lamentable, l hôtel était calme entre 0h00 et 3h. Bref en famille pour une compétition le lendemain plus jamais. Petit déjeuner ok

La nuit a été correct . Cependant j'ai réservé et paye avec une preuve de débit sur mon compte avant notre arrivée et mentionnant la présence de notre chien . Arrivée sur place, l employée nous a informée ne pas trouver notre paiement et insiste lourdement pour que la chambre soit réglée . J ai prouvé que tout avait été règle . Par miracle elle accède effectivement à notre règlement ... 33€ de son côté et 39 du notre , le chien avait été compte. Elle a refusé l'entrée de notre chien dans la chambre qui au passage était insalubre. Une honte et une arnaque a signaler contre formule 1

Chambre pas très propre au niveau de la moquette, matelas pas très confortable, pas de WC et douche dans la chambre ce qui nous amène à utiliser tout dans les couloirs et certaines personnes ne sont pas propres du tout...

Pour une nuit de dépannage seulement, pas plus

Au bout de 15 secondes, la lumière s'éteint dans la douche et les wc, vous êtes dans le noir. Pas de prêt de serviettes comme dans les ''vrais hôtels'', il faut acheter votre serviette. Pas de drap sur le lit du haut. Fatigués pour aller demander des draps, notre fils a dormi enrouler dans notre plaid. C'est juste pour une nuit de dépannage, pas plus

La responsable joue les matrone même avec les clients. Le matin au petit déjeuner, elle nous a houspillé en disant d'aller nous assoir au dehors dans la zone fumeurs pratiquement sous la pluie et le vent. Ce sont les premiers mots qu'elle a prononcé en nous voyant. Ni bonjour, ni notre no de chambre, ni rien. Je ne sais pas si elle est aimable avec les autres voyageurs, mais nous en sommes resté sans voix.

Probleme facturation

A l accueil le soir, on ne retrouvait pas mon paiement réalisé en ligne. Finalement on m a dit que je n avais réglé que 37 € et non 42 et que je devais repayer 2 petits dej. J ai payé en ayant un gros doute. Finalement sur mon relevé bancaire 2 jours plus tard je constate que j ai bien été prélevée de 42€ (formule petit dej inclus) et qu on m a donc fait repayé les petit dej (7€) pour rien. Je serai mefiante avec hotel.com désormais !

In these difficult times I am happy to report that in this hotel, both reception and rooms are very well ventilated. The reception is one metre from the front door so effectively any queue is going to have to build up outside. Also the rooms have windows which open wide. The parking is free and there is a vending machine for snacks. The hotel is clean and there is hand sanitiser in corridors. While I like this brand, it’s important to be aware for this brand that the rooms do not have towels, soap, shower, toilet or bidet.

Bon accueil lits confortables le gros bemol c'est que lors de la réservation en ligne ce n'estpas bien indiqué que les toilettes et la douchf sont sur le palier!!!! Pour cette raison je ne retournerai pas dans un etablissement formule 1 je préfère payer plus cher et avoir ce confort
